Description :	Le support est en fonte avec une poignée centrale en bois. Il est prévu pour être posé sur l'axe des tourillons d'un instrument méridien. Deux niveaux à bulle, en verre, gradués, sont fixés sur le support à l'aide de pattes en laiton. Ils sont équipés chacun d'un miroir orientable permettant de lire les graduations. Un troisième petit niveau à bulle perpendiculaire aux deux autres est fixé à une extrémité du support.
